Of course this is totally interest based but how should we do the teams?
Last time was 6 great captains (Well 5 plus a waste) and they each took their turns to pick a further 3 players into their squad. This was a lot of fun and tense as each captain took their time to wisely pick who'd best fit and work with the team plan.
We could quite easily do this version again (We'll call that A.)... Or we could try some of the following:
A. 6 Captains + 3 Squad Members (Ensures top quality teams with very entertaining matches to be watched)
B. 8 Captains + 3 Squad Members (Requires a lot of interest, and better working of the how the draft will go... Plus more games!)
C. 6 Captains + 4 Squad Members (Will give the newbies a chance to get into a team and prove their worth).
With version C. this could mean we can have some maps requiring 4v4, mixing things up a little and giving the teams more chance to play with atleast 3v3. (Many of last seasons' games were a mere 2v2).
Personally, I am more down for A than the others because I know it'll mean top class teams... Though I am all for C in the way it gives newbies a decent shot and it could also mean a lot more 3vs3's. But would we get the interest to create such vast teams?
Opinions! |

Dude, 8 teams with 3 cannot work ever. Last season draza and darg dropped after first round, master dropped after 2nd, so did sniper, weaponx, capodecima, jackinthebox and hawk iirc. 6 teams with 3 only if the interest really sucks and we cannot get 24. Thus I'm for 6 teams and 4 players |

The 3 does not include the captain! Plus we'll have a reserve pool remember |

aha, lol..then I would vote A . From personal experience - even if the team has 5 players, they would rarely get a chance to play
It is about the same as 4 players with reserve pool, just even more strict, which adds more hassle |

I voted C because it gives a chance to people to prove themselves who arent classed as the top players (as you said). Sure its great to watch all the best players in europe fighting it out in a clan scene, but imo it would be better for say a team of 4 training another player up aswell. I think people would become more confident by playing with more expirienced players within their team, and I think it would improve them alot. |

He has not wrong Dope. Sometimes difficult to get players... It's why I'll vote for A. |

Well right now the votes are tied at 5 each (Dopefish actually prefers A) if it stays this way I'm most likely going to be sticking with the original format. That's not to say the newbies won't get a look in, we'll host some private servers for everyone to practice in and we'll see who shines! |

C, but without 4v4 games, cause they are impossible to organize reliably.
some teams might end up overcrowded with all 5 players online all the time, but others will struggle to get 3 online even with 5 in a lineup, soo... yeah, there's probably going to be more benchwarming time, but it's better than no league time at all, riiight? |
